The sixteen-story Kline Biology Tower built in the 1960s, is a signature component of a science center at Yale University.
Challenge
This modernist tower needed major restoration.
Solution
Lepore conducted significant repairs to the iron-spot brick and sandstone façade elements. The work was performed while keeping the building fully occupied. Work required the use of a custom designed monorail system engineered to support the weight of workers and equipment with all rigging self-performed.
